30 YEARS ON THE ARIZONA DAY TRAIL
Hello Friends, If you’ve been poking around our website then I’m sure you know by now that we are mighty fond of the great State of Arizona, and all it has to offer. From snow capped mountain peaks to the sweet smell of the Sonora Desert after a sudden storm, Arizona is a great place to spend some time. Young, old, single, married, one child or a whole passel of them, there is a wealth of beauty and activities to explore. Some are popular attractions and some are tucked away. From sports to shopping, exploring to horseback riding there is something for everyone. Our day trips take you to some of the most beautiful and fun places in Arizona. They are diverse and include all kinds of activities. They include great places to eat and suggestions for overnight accommodations. Who knows, one of our day trips may lead you to that special place that will stay with you forever. That one memory you and your family will hold dear to your hearts. They are easy to follow, and will fill your day with sights and sounds that will amaze and delight you. They are a great way to get out there and enjoy nature and history. Remember, we have visited these locations time and time again and they never fail to please. You’ll meet some great people and maybe even find a new trail to share with us. You never know what you can learn from a local. They say “a picture is worth a thousand words.” We’d like to share with you some candid photos from our 30 years on the Arizona Day Trail. Most of these were taken long before Arizona Day Trails was a thought in our mind. In fact, many of them were taken before the internet became such a big part of our lives. We’re digging them out of the photo albums to share with you. We have changed over the last 30 years, that’s easy to see but the beauty of Arizona has remained the same.
